Most people have a program called "Paint" built into their computer. You may use paint or try a free interactive online banner maker. After a search I thought PC Man looked the easiest for someone who had no experience making graphics. You might also try Banner Creator, Banner Builder, Puresilva or Open Eye.
Do I need to put the image on a public web server?
Yes, most internet accounts include some server space. Ask your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to help you.
If someone clicks on my ad from the content page where do they go?
Any site you choose, most people will send the viewer back to their own home page or to their "action" page like their order form or sign-up page.
If someone signs up for a full course from my site will my sponsorship graphic display on every page of the entire course as the consumer proceeds through the process?

No, as long as it is all legitimate traffic generated in legal ways.
Is there a limit to the number of domains I can sign up to use the content?
No, but you must sign up for them one at a time.
What type of sites may offer your content?
Just about all sites with exceptions for pages advocating hate, pornography, illegal conduct or other related activities.
May I just put up links to the sites offered without using the website free content system?

May we take content from the sites and articles and put them on our own sites by putting the content directly on our own pages without linking to the sites URLs?
No, that would constitute a copyright violation.

The authors maintain all rights. You merely have the right to display the content by linking to the author's sites and show your ad.
Can I see an example of how this works?
We set up a sample domain at amoat.com. Go the the moat page and follow the links from there, you will see the moat sponsor ads on the pages you arrive at from the links. Note when you click on the moat ads from the link pages they bring you directly to the action page for the moat site. Be sure to close the browser displaying the sponsor ad before trying look at a page meant to show a different sponsor.
